Dragon age is still not announced right? with nothing on the Mass Effect side as well, what is Biowae doing? are they using all their resources to keep Old Republic going?

Why do I get the feeling that that won't include the great multiplayer features that Bioware originally planned for Dragon Age 1?
Bioware confirmed it is in development but has not given any details really. I think they did a talk about it at Pax East. You should be able to find the video on youtube. They were working on an expansion for DA2 called Exalted March. Basically, all out war between templars and mages. Since they cancelled it, that whole story will be in a book. I think DA3 is taking place in Orlais or Tevinter Imperium. They want to have a combination of good things from DA1 + DA2. So the main character (your character) will be voiced like DA2, but the game will be more open like DA1 (more towns and cities to explore).
Bioware needs to stop screwing around and make a worthy sequel to the great game that was Dragon Age 1 :PspittisWell, the lead designer admitted they made mistakes with DA2 and have promised that DA3 will be more hardcore RPG (like DA1), and won't have as much copy+paste as DA2. If they deliver or not, time will tell.

where did he admit a mistake? as far as i remember they still keep saying Da2 formula was a huge success and they will continue to do games like that

I read an interview once. Don't know if it was true or not but on the interview he said they made some mistakes with DA2 as well as too much copy and paste and would fix all these things in DA3.
Like I said though, we have to wait and see if they deliver or if it was just a marketing interview.
EDIT: found it
After the debacle of DA:2 (one of the worst RPGs I've ever played) I couldn't care less about another Dragon Age and if Mike Laidlaw has anything to do with it, I certainly won't be buying it. How that no-talent hack still has his job will forever remain a mystery. He must have some incriminating dirt on the higher ups at EA or Bioware.
