dawn of war II Retribution the last standalone, upgrade?

Is there a steam upgrade for owners of dawn of war II retribution the last standalone to get the full warhammer dawn of wr II retribution for free?

I bought it for this christmas because it was on sale, and i think it upgraded me to free for the full game because it says i own it and i can download it, but i created this thread because i shared the same worries as you. So i don't really know.
