Hey guys,
So for those of you who have played both, which do you recommend? I love both styles. Supposedly Saints runs well with the new Nvidia drivers so that shouldn't be an issue. One game, which do you select?

If this is who i think it is.... Get Saints Row 2 so we can do coop on the story mode ! hehe
But to be honest i enjoyed both games (Saints row's performance has improved ALOT since the new nvidia graphics drivers)
Saints Row 2 = lots of replay value, good humour, coop with a friend and did i mention its just a blast to play?
Dead Space = great atmosphere, nice story and great graphics/sound!
Both are good games, one game is a very good singelplayer game and the other is a open sandbox game with alot of replay value.
I rated both games 8.5/10.
I really thought Saints Row 2 was a bad port at first... until i got my friend to download the new drivers and now it runs like butter on his rig.
Cant go wrong with either game imo!
I am the fly in the ointment.
I do not understand the "DEAD SPACE is great" crowd.
I thought it was boring. Reminded me of the holloywood remakes these days. Great special effects, but repetative and predicatable.
Its really running through a ship fixing things. Then getting attacked in close quarters (which does not work with the camera angles) and blowing the limbs off something to kill it. Seems like you have to shoot them forever just to kill them.
The camera really ruined it for me.
Buy Tomb Raider Underworld, I am having lots of fun with that !
dead space imo, saints row is WAY to buggy and its a really bad port to add to the insult of it being so freakishly ugly btw dead space GOTY imovedomedo
It runs pretty good on my friends PC and mine man. Although it is a real good idea to make sure you have the newest graphics card drivers and that some peop[le will have to turn off AA and V-Sync and it runs alot better for some.

If by predictable you mean "Oh boy, some monster is going to attack me soon, I know it!", then yes, it is.
Otherwise, it's not.
Doom 3 is predictable. Dead Space loves to make you walk for 5 minutes without anything happening, or playing tricks that make you think something bad is going to happen (like turning of the lights, claustrophobic rooms filled with obstacles, shadows etc).
It's not that repetitive either, compared to Doom3 or even Resident Evil 4.
