Why is it that under buy.com. Specificallyhttp://www.buy.com/prod/razer-deathadder-gaming-mouse-optical-usb-razer-deathadder-gaming/q/loc/101/204143283.htmlUnder movement detection it says optical. While if you search "deathadder" and click on the white one it says "infared". Is this a typo? If not, can someone explain to me the differences? And one more question.

Does the Sphex go well with the Deathadder?

It was not a typo, the infra red wavelength is used via an optical tracker which results in a smaller lift off distance.

it's use infra red optical technology they're not different things. Infra red is just the wavelength used.

alright thanks. because the "infared" vs "optical" threw me off.
