Decent, cheap laptop or pc for gaming?

I would like a Laptop or PC that's cheap and cheerful but powerful enough to run games like starcraft 2.

What's the cheapest PC or laptop fitting this criteria?

like assuming you already have a copy of windows a monitor and a keyboard & mouse.. umm like 450-500 and thatd be about it for a desktop

laptop wise youd probably need to drop about 600-650 to start seeing starcraft II playable on a laptop
