What's your budget like? A 500w psu would be suitable for that build, but it all depends on if you plan on upgrading the card in the future. Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Antec or Thermaltake would be good choices for a psu. If you're on a budget, a Thermaltake will do fine.

For a case, again, depends on your budget and how quiet you want it. Any case from Antec or Cooler Master are excellent. I'd recommend an Antec P182 if you want it real quiet, with also nice cooling. It's a bit pricey if you're on a budget though. If you wanna go cheaper, go for an Antec 300 or a Cooler Master RC-690.

As for the monitor, if you wanna stick to a 1400x900 resolution, Samsung makes nice monitors, but they might be a little expensive. If you're looking for something cheap and functional, this one by Acer should work fine.

These are pretty good suggestions, I would personally prefer a single +12V rail, but that is a good price for a good PSU

I would recommend a good Corsair Modular PSU the 620HX is a nice little PSU for around $140 dollars. The cables on this are fairly flat and seem to not take up a lot of room, they are also easy to use with cable ties to keep everything nice and clean. Also, the Corsair 750TX at around $119 dollars is also a good choice.

The new Thermaltake ElementS at $119 has got a lot of room to expand and has a pretty good cooling and cabling setup. 3x120mm fans should keep everything cool and the nice big fan on top pulls air out also keeps things cool and quiet. Hardware Cannuck had a really nice video review on this particular case. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7KSXB9FOlI&fmt=22

As for monitors a good 20inch Samsung LCD is a great choice. I am running a Samsung T260 25.5" LCD monitor and I think it was a hell of a replacement for my old Samsung 932BW 20" that used to serve me fine for gaming. Check your prices at NewEgg ost of these items are on sale still. The 933BW runs around $160 on sale at NewEgg.

You still missed out on answering an important question.

Do you plan on upgrading again anytime soon? That makes an impact on what kind of PSU and case you might want to get...not to mention it might make an impact on what monitor you decide to get.

If you don't plan on upgrading this computer and you're just going to build a new one in 3, 4 or even 5 years down the road then you probably want to go with something like these:

PSU: PC Power & Cooling 500WA good solid PSU that'll last you a long while

Case: Cooler Master Centurion 5A good, simple case that'll do well enough to keep your insides cool

Monitor: Samsung 933BW 19"This is a 1440x900 monitor that would compliment your PC very well

If you plan on upgrading in the next, we'll say, 2 years - then you'd want to do something like this:

PSU: Corsair 750WThis will give you more then enough power for your current build, plus allows you the ability to upgrade to a second card for SLI or better GPU/CPU/MB

Case: Antec 900 Two(an improved version of the Antec 900) This case would give you ample air flow and plenty of room for future upgrades (there are many other choices out there, but this is a case I'd most likely go with)

Monitor: Samsung ToC T220 22"This is a 1680x1050 monitor that would work well with your current design, but also be a good monitor to have if you upgrade your GPU in the near future

you should definetly go with one of the Corsair TX series PSU, the 650TX, 750TX or the 850TX. The TX line is the gaming line of PSU from Corsair. 5 year warrenty. and they wrok great.
