Thats a very outdated build with a E6600, look into the i5 750/760 or even an AMD Phenom 2 965/955

You're going to need a socket 1156 mobo for that cpu. I would get a cheaper PSU and get a nicer CPU if I were you. (lol)

Alright i swapped it with an i5, how does this one look?

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115220&cm_re=i5-_-19-115-220-_-Product

Is it all compatible? And does the rest of it look OK?

Not quite, now you need a LGA1156 mobo and DDR3 RAM

Actually if I were you, I would check out the "D-I-Y PC combos" on NewEgg. Just make sure it comes with everything you need. For $700 you can get yourself a pretty kick-ass rig.
