I own a Zotac 9800GTX+, while it is said that 9800GTX+ would run cooler than the 9800GTX, I still found that my one has very high temperature. 45 - 48 Celsius (IDLE) and will reach 80 Celsius when under load. Besides I did not do any overclock, so will it due to defected card?

Those load temps do seem a little higher according to this:

Download EVGA Precision and increase the fan speed when you are playing games if you don't do that already. Still while 80C seems a little high I don't think it will damage the card.

That's ok. I get 58C idle for my 8800GT. Graphics cards can take the heat. I used to have ATI 9800XT and it used to get 90C during load.
