Sorry.. you guys probably hear this a lot. I just recently got a 52" Sony Bravia, fricken sweet picture. I was just wondering if there was a way to fix the small delay I am getting when I play on xbox live or if I should just put up with it.

If you only notice the delay when you play on Xbox Live and not when you play single player, then the problem is almost surely your internet connection. If you notice the delay regardless of whether you're playing online or offline then the problem is the TV and there really isn't much (if anything) that can be done to change that; you'd either have to live with the delay or look into getting a new TV.

Check to see if your tv has a GAME MODE. Our Toshiba has ghosting but when I turn on game mode it all works fine.

Or you talking about lag specific to only online play? Or a lag that happens anytime, where there is a delay when say clicking a button in a menu.

TVs today shouldn't really have any delay. It was way back when there was no HD consoles like the 360, but only SD consoles, which required the HD tvs to uspcale to HD, causing a delay. Seeing how the 360 is already HD, there should hardly be any delay.

Game modes, if your tv has one, disables most special enhancements to get the image to the screen quicker.

well i found out disapointedly when I got my tv that my 360 doesn't have a hdmi port on it because it is older, could that be why? And no it isn't from lag from the internet, the tv before didn't have that

LCD's lag for games. Everyone gets it so don't sweat it.
