Dell alienwear m14x laptop should i get 1 or not

Hi i am looking for a laptop and seen the alienwear laptops on dell website, they look super cool, i was only wanting a laptop for the internet as i only really play my ps3, are the alienwear laptops any good, if i bought 1 i would probably only use it for internet and maybe the odd game or 2, its an i5 proccesor and works out at just over £900 not sure if i should get it as i can get a normal 1 for just over £400 but the alienwear 1 sure does look good.

Also if i was to go with the alienwear laptop, how long will it be before its old and slow ive read if your into gaming laptops you have to update them alot

Only get the Alienware laptop if you want to game. Get a cheaper Dell if you want something just for light usage. I would suggest the 14z.

Asus, Lenovo, Toshiba, are good brands.
Dell, HP, and MSi are okay.
Acer and Gatway are poor.
Alienware (Dell), Samsung, and Vaio are overpriced.
