I would reccomend saving up and gettign a new PC. You could perhaps upgrade it to a low end PC. But I don't know if the price would be worth it.

Wel, you can't overclock. Dell is the only company that I know of that won't allow bios makers to sell overclockable bioses through esupport, their store front. But I suppose you can throw in a new processor, upgrade to 4GB of RAM, install Windows 7 (free), get a new PSU, and get a decent GPU. But you might as well just get a motherboard and case too. Just sell your old system and use the money to build a new one...

My dad scarily enough has the exact same PC, before i bought this one i tried to upgrade anything and there no spots, for british pounds 300 you could get a pc that would murder that pc

That must be telling you something. Then save up and buy a new PC. If you spend money upgrading it, you're still only going to get a very low end gaming PC at best. You would need a new powersupply and graphicscard. But then the CPU would be holding you back, so you'd need to replace the motherboard and CPU. Then you've replaced almost everything.
