Good for Mr. Dell. He might be able to fix his company that way. I'm a fan of private ownership. Once companies go to the stock market, the founders give up their guarantee of doing things their own way.

It will be interesting to see if they last. Major debt problems, along with marketshare falling. They aren't in a good place
