any 375w p/s is pushing it. dell don't use quality p/s so it would probably crash lots. why not just get a new p/s as well?

Have a look at the Dell silencer 470 watt. It has a 6pin pci connector, so you would be able to put an 8800GT or 8800GTS in. It's official higher end Dell psu that's meant to fit in older dell models that's all I know though. It may not fit in the new XPS though, because that psu has been around for a while, it may be outdated. Find it on the internet, get the dimensions of it, and then measure the length, width and height of your current psu. If it has the same dimensions as the Dell Silencer, then you can replace it. In fact you could do it with other psu's as well if you want. I just put a Corsair VX550watt psu in my Dell Inspiron 530, but that has a generic ATX case design, and I think the XPS has a BTX design, so that may not work.

Also you can inquire on the official Dell forums as there are most likely people on there who have changed their psu's in their XPS systems. I know there were people, who had done it with the inspiron, and that wasn't built for gaming, so there most likely will be more enthusiast type people who have changed their psu in the XPS.
