Destruction spell stuck on the right hand in skyrim ?

so im stuck with the atarter flame spell in my right han , only time it isn't there when im using a bow . just is stuck there ne matter what HELP me guys !!! i changed the setting of the mouse buttons now button 1 is left mouse button and vice versa , could that be the issue !!?
