If upgrading drivers doesn't work, then try disabling SLi and run it with a single card. Should be enough to max it out. Thought they fixed the stuttering/choppy issue.

Unfortunately I had the same problem, even with the game patched. I was able to decrease the problem by disabling the ambient occulsion setting (least that's what I think it was called). Didn't completely solve the problem for me, but it made the game playable.

I blame lazy devs

I wouldn't call it lazy as much as it is testing out all the variables when making a PC game. No doubt there could have been a better job done, but everything else seemed fine, tech wise.

Even at minimum settings the game was still choppy for me which inexcusable. I had the same issue here, I was infuriated. The only thing that solves the problem is the ENB mod for it... yea go figure.

http://enbdev.com/mod_deusexhr_v0088.htm

Go there and click the down arrow to download the zip file then drag the contents into the game's root folder. Makes the game look nicer aswell as smooths it out. The mod will have a few kinks here and there with a few random lighting glitches, but they're forgivable given that it smooths out the game.
