I watched some of it on YouTube. The game gives me mixed feelings. On one hand, it does seem considerably better than Invisible War. Hacking looks more elaborate; hopefully it doesn't get repetitively easy like it did in games like Bioshock or Mass Effect 2. Stealth looks satisfactory, albeit it uses an overly familiar forgiving formula. If you trigger alarms, it raises the alert levels until you wait out the cool down. But you can get bonuses for completing a level without being detected. The augmentation looks promising.
On the other hand, it looks like it guides you too much. Everything you can interact with is highlighted from a distance. In all the rooms, he could see every door, grate, window, compartment, etc that could be opened as long as it was visible no matter how far away. This discourages exploration and discovering things on your own. They may as well hang signs on the walls that say "go this way" or "hidden augmentation over here". And no, I don't think it was just a tutorial mission. All the videos of various levels are like this.
Graphically, it looks good and am pleased with the detail they put in it.
