Diablo 2 experiance help

Ok so I heard that if you type /players8 during a sp game you gain experiance faster. Well it actually seems like its going slower for me. Im only level 23 and it still seems like its takeing a long time. Any suggestions or help?

what act and area you training. Also what class or build?

Act 2, canyon of the magi, necro, and im not really going for a specific build. But im using 2 mage skellies, 3 normal skellies, blood golem, and a level 21 merc when i train

I dunno. you type in code correctly, type it in twice? correct code, I personally never played singleplayer because multiplayer was so much fun by itself.

its suppose to make the enemies harder so u gain a lil more xp but they also become a lil harder to kill.

players 6 caps EXP boost out. Anything past 6 just adds to the difficulty. Also make sure when you type /players X (x is the number) it should say "Players have increased to X" at the top of the screen. That is how you know it is working.

lastely make sure to add a space: /players 6 CORRECT NOT /players6
