You cannot compare this two games because are different type.All i am sayning that looks like in visual and graphics and the world we saw in the 20 minutes gamplay video.

I hope the assassin (if it has it) is inspired by DMC :P. Not too stealthy but anyway, something japanese :).DanielDust

I think diablo 3 looks like God of war with isometric camera.Even the music is similar.And the barbarian reminds me Kratos.Anyway i cant wait to buy it!!!!johnkar7

I would say the game itself looks nothing like God of War, BUT the new Barbarian does remind me of Kratos a lot. His moves and quotes are pretty close to Kratos. I also read somewhere that they looked into some newer games like God of War when they began developing D3 so that supports it.

Anyway, in D2 the Barbarian abilities did not look like Kratos but that may just be because of the 2d graphics. However in D3 the abilities look very similar.
