Quick question - Every class in D3 has its own unique single player campaign, right?
I want to try all 5 classes but im not going to do the same campaign over and over again.

Well I'm guessing it will be like every Diablo, you get a pretty huge world in which you start with any character from a certain city (Diablo 1, 2 and maybe 3, from Tristram) and you go on the exact same path with any character till the finish.DanielDust
Yeah, I can't really see them straying from the typical Diablo formula too much. None of the other diablo's had a unique campaign, so I really can't imagine Diablo 3 being any different. There might be slight variations, but nothing major.
Its just like Nox(A realy good 8 year-old Diablo-like RPG)-Only the first 2 missions are different....
It realy sucks imo...It just means ill have to explore the classes in the online play(assuming i wont have to pay for anything :x )

Multiplayer is free, but we have to wait and see what features are subscription based. IF it's worth it, I'll pay, if not, I'll stick with the "free" multiplayer.

Thats what i meant...i know its free. I dont care if they charge for things that you dont have to pay for in order to play. I hope its not something like being able to play certain maps or being able to get to a certain level etc...

They didn't do this with WoW. Why would they do this for Diablo 3?
all the indoor envirotments are randomly generated, so their is definite replay value their.
Beyond that though, its now been confirmed that the way NPC's react to you changes depending on class and gender.

I dont care about slightly different environments and different NPC reactions...i want new quests and stuff.
But never mind...ill play it anyway.

the enviroments are slightly different, the entire physical layout, as well as scripted events, enemies, and loot are all randomly generated.

lol it just cant be, how could that possibly work online.... you could only quest with people with ur class....
I thought it was coming out this year?brandeyep
Nope after some info from Blizz, it will be released after the Starcraft 2 trilogy, so we have to wait at least 3 or 4 years to get it, so yea.
The only Blizz game this year, will be WoW WotLK.
in the gamespot main page, release date of diablo iii appears as "15.10.2008", which is today. i guess that's wrong, game is expected on november as far as i know, any idea anyone?enuff27
Uhh... Nov.? Where did you hear that? This is Blizzard. It hasn't been that long since they announced D3. And we all know it takes Blizz a billion years to launch a new game after they initially announce it. Not that I mind as so far, pretty much everything has been top quality.
