Since the epidemic of quality hack n slahes has me frustrated,im thinking of buying Diablo2 again.I have played Titan Quest,probably he closest,but somethings missing.I have Hellgate London,but its so dam repetetive.And i have Sacred,which is porbably my favorite,but still not D2.So,is the communtiy still packed?There alot of players still?And also,has the hacks slowed down,or are they just as bad?TY.
Funny you should say this, I've noticed a resurgence of this on my xfire list randomly recently. I've personally not played it, I've played TQ though which was great, I'd definately be interested in a d3.

I haven't played this in a while, but its good to see there are still people playing online. It's always more fun with a good party.
I've also got Titan Quest and Hellgate. TQ was really good fun, and the ability to mix and match the classes to create a custom character was a really good improvement. Hellgate missed the mark, and I found I stopped playing after a really short amount of time. Probably should go back and complete it, but I'd rather play one of these others.
Do hardcore characters get deleted from the servers if you don't play them for a while. I know I used to have a good hardcore Barbarian and sorceress, but its been so long since I used them I guess they would have been deleted?

Nox was all about the awesome multiplayer, but with the official servers shut down and the tiny player community, there's just not much left anymore. As great as they were, Nox's glory days are long gone.
