I logged into EQ2 before and the graphics went crazy they were just shooting everywhere. I restarted my PC several times and it did the same thing. I checked the heat and it was fine(I run my Fan on 100% all the time). Its a 4870 thats about 2 months old.

Well it is very likely that your graphics card is going, but you should run any virus and spy ware programs you have then De-fragment your computer before you go spending the money on a new card. Plus don't just look at the Heat. Always check processor and memory usage. For some reason i've seen these cause graphics problems before. And still borrow a buddy's Graphics card before you buy a new one just to make sure its not a symptom of a larger problem, may just need a can of air to be used on it.

What this guy said. Back when Mass Effect came out I had crazy graphical glitches too. I thought my brand new card might be crapping out on me, but luckily before I blew any money I decided to check inside the case. The vents where the fan shoves the air out of the card were *caked* with dust that was quite obviously hurting the card. I took some compressed air to it and, viola! No more graphical glitches! Make sure you exhaust all the simple solutions before you go deciding to get a new gfx card.
