Most likely, but don't freak out. Mine got hacked and I got it back within 12 hours. Steam support is quick and efficient.
[QUOTE="morrowindnic"]how hard is it to change emails on steam.... Answer: It's not. and it's probably the 2nd thing the hacker did after changing his password. Here's the thing, you can't, it's impossible, not easy or hard. You link an email account and after that if you want to change it again it sends a confirmation email, only if you log in on your email account and press the confirmation link it'll let you change the email address.link you steam account to your email, how hard is that?
Contact support you will get it back.

IMO it's shouldn't even let you start your games until you take care of this step...it saves a lot of users that press dubious links the trouble of waiting for their account to be resolved by Steam or the possibility of getting a VAC ban.

Actually, when I was trying to change my e-mail for the whole steam support thing, I added a new email, confirmed it on the email that I added, and confirmed it with the email that I entered. (and I didnt hack anyones account, I was trying to get support for a game with my brothers steam account, to which hes abandoned.)Please Log In to post.
