The difference is one sounds better on paper. :PEXACTLY! like i actually heard 2 ppl argueing over which computer was better because 1 guy had a dual-core 1.89Ghz processor and 1 had a Dual-core 2Ghz processor. seriously it doesnt matter! lol
I'm not 100% sure but compare it to you're ping when playing online
If you're playing with a ping of 42 versus 45; does ik make a difference, yes, but nearly not enough for you to notice
5 ms is more then fine (unless you can get the same one for say 10-5ù$ more then I would go for it but I really really doubt it :D)
considering a blink takes 300 to 400ms on average and when you blink you dont miss much. 3ms isnt even comprehend-able.zache86
There's no way a blink takes nearly half or even a quarter of a second. At most, I would say 150ms.
yeah I would even venture to say you couldnt tell the difference from 20ms and a 2ms monitor, maybe im wrong.zache86
It mostly depends on the individual. I'm clinging to an old LCD with a 35ms response time and I haven't noticed any ghosting.

i gamed on a 16ms LCD on battlefield 1942, and half life 2, it was a nightmare.
