DirectX 10 installation

How do I install it? I just got a directX 10 capable card. Did it install automatically when I installed my card, and how can I telll? Thanks for any help.

you can't install direct x10 it's a vista only thing and comes with vista ,so i f you have vista you have direct x10.

Just make sure that VISTA is installed, and a DX10 compatible game is installed. You should be able to chnage modes in either the Games Explorer (by right-clicking) or in the options menu (in Hellgate: London for example). Also, of course, don't forget the latest drivers and stuff.

If you have Vista you have DX10 automaticaly installed, if you have installed the correct drivers for your card then it will run in DX10 mode in DX10 enabled games.

If you don't have Vista, then you must purchase it in order to have DX10.
The card will work with Xp as well,but only in DX9 mode.
