Too bad DX10 is only for Vista, so I won't be seeing it any time soon. Not until they get all the bugs out.Johnny_RockDo you have specific bug in mind or you say that to look smart, i haven't seen many bugs and certainly not one so big that might warren't not getting it just for that.
Price, Overhead, DRM(even though they kinda don't work), WGA are reasons not to get vista, but bugs is not, or maybe it's just me since i have a flawless experience up to now
They'll never get *ALL* the bugs out, just the major ones with time,

Wow... alot of hurt egos on today. Yeah, I would call the S-PDIF passthrough bug a major one. The inability to run digital audio is a major one for those of us that use our systems as our home theatres as well.
Dx 10 is the ONLY reason to get vista, and so far its not that big of a reason, dx9 games still looks awesome,
The reason that im not going over to vista is simple, it dosnt run current and old games better then xp, i mean everywhere i look on forums people create a new topic about a game that works perfectly on xp but not on vista, seriously why in the hell would you want a system that runs your stuff worse? Just because of some minor graphical updates.
Many of the things you wanna install on vista that you normally did without a problem on xp requires you to do it as an admin, i mean WTF, thats just a small example but things should just run without any single problem.
So untill they fix vista so it will run as good as xp then im staying with xp. I choose performance over graphics anyday.
