Divinity 2 problem , can any one help ?

I've found a bug when you talk to someone you may get stuck in one place , cant move , do nothing and no dialog starting you see you char , health , mana and nothing more ... It is not every time happening but .... any one had the same problem ?

Well im pretty far into the game and it hasn't happened to me, no.
