I dont want to use a third party thing like teamspeak. I just want to be able to chat normally in a game, like with a xbox360 game. Is this even possible with pc games?

Can you name a few. I tried GRID, and it does not support voice chat. I would like to know if COD4 or Front Line on pc support voice chat.

Yes, COD4 does have in-game voice chat. So does BF2, BF2142 and Crysis. I know there's more...

Crysis, any Half Life game, TF2, Frontlines Fuel of War, Enemy Territory Quake Wars. But if you get TS then you can talk on any game, you don't even have to be in a game.

Quite a few games are coming out with voice chat, multiplayer games of course. Though for better quality its better to use teamspeak or ventrilo. Though it does cost for servers.

If you're looking for a good headset, get the fatal1ty gaming headset. It's cheap and it works GREAT!

Most games offer voice chat.

NO, but consoles seem to be easier to use. I cant get voice chat to work with any game on pc. I have just tried Gears of War PC. I have tried both the 360 head set and a blu tooth headset....nothing works.
