It should be fine. A friend has a 8800GTS running on a Dell PSU.

Meh...It'll probably run, but it won't be as stable as it could be. I personally recommend getting a decent PSU for around $50. It's not that 375W isn't enough, it's just I don't trust the quality and stability of Dell PSU's.

You should probably consider getting the PSU first since those prices arent dropping nearly as fast as graphics card prices.

Keep in mind that Dell used to have custom PSU's for their mobo's. Don't know if they still practice that or not.

I do know that a few years ago you couldn't just drop in a standard PSU into a Dell unit without modding it first. At that time you could only buy compatible PSU's from Dell and maybe one or two other companies which manufactured PSU's specifically for Dell.

Hi.. do this power supply enough for the 9600 GT? (Huntkey V-power 450w)

http://www.huntkey.com/eng/productmore.asp?id=795

My PC doesn't have much component, just a regular pc with pentium D, 2gb ram, one 320GB harddisc and a dvd rom.

Well , I can tell you that the Pentium D will cause a bottleneck. That PSU will work with the card though.

For a budget PSU, that would be my first choice. It is an awesome choice from a trusted company. I have the 500W version of it, and it ran my current specs (but I wanted to get a bit more power to be safe).
