You will only need an aftermarket heatsink if you plan on overclocking, otherwise the stock heatsink is fine on all current cpu's at stock speeds. If you bought a p67 mobo I assume you got a 2500k and plan on overclocking, in which case, yes you should get an aftermarket heatsink. Cooler master hyper 212+ and Xigmatek Gaia are reasonable options.
yes you will need a processor cooler, generally they're called heatsink...if you bought a retail processor, it alrdy comes with a heatsink but if you bought an oem, you will have to buy a heatsinkmike4realzI really don't know much about heatsinks and whatnot as you can tell, but I found one on Amazon here. Is this a good one? And will I also need thermal paste with it? Thanks again! http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-Sleeve-RR-B10-212P-G1/dp/B002G1YPH0/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1311889719&sr=1-3
