i'm not sure about the CPU's OC one, but these IS FAKE, i've already seem a vid Showing a cd "exploding" without the driver and it don't do like this.

and another video they did is also fake, the fire was comming from the HD's top.  In the comment, they said the the GPU had "exploded"
