I think so. Although WoW Accounts are less popular than EQ back in the day. I remember knowing these guys who told me they made 30k in one year from farming Lodizel Shell Shields and selling them on eBay. (long time ago, before eBay got harrassed by Sony)
Ahh the days of yore', I sold my bards gear for like 300$.
Anyway, if they do sell they don't sell for much. WoW is easy moad.
