A LOT of tactical TDM servers in WaW, if you don't mind that pace then you will be happy.. some regular servers as well. Not as populated as CoD 4, but both are still pretty good!

Yep, according to Xfire. That would be highly inaccurate if you used just Xfire... Also why would you use Xfire when the game is steam enabled? Because Xfire tracks steam games too as to where steam doesn't track non steam games. Xfire is really the only thing we have to go by. It is a very good sample if you ask me.
And yes, I play CoD 4 every so often. The last decent CoD game in my opinion.

Look Open up your call of duty 4 and refreash the entire list with filters set to default . Please don't tell me they a couple thousand people can compare to the 60,000 playing Black Ops right now....
Cod4 has alot of servers going and big mod support. I still play alot of star wars cod4 mod 64 player maps. Its like playing battlefront done right.jedikevin2

After I get my gpu upgrade (here in a few months) I am going to go ahead a grab COD WAW, simply because it is so cheap and there is still has a good community from what I hear.
You will have so many players and oponnents to play against, that you can lock yourself in the room and play it all day. Yes, it's still very popular. I really don't like to play COD4 on consoles or something, I have much better feeling on PC.

There is no way there is that big of a difference if CoD 4 has significantly less players like you are saying.

Yea but you can`t say like "MAJORITY are playing CoD 4 than BO" based on Xfire`s little amount of users.
