A LOT of tactical TDM servers in WaW, if you don't mind that pace then you will be happy.. some regular servers as well. Not as populated as CoD 4, but both are still pretty good!
I play CoD 4 everyday. Plenty of servers. Don't know about World at War, but I'd think it would have as many or more people as 4.
[QUOTE="rmfd341"]I think there are more people playing COD 4 than COD BO on PC.FPS_Gamer123Yep, according to Xfire. That would be highly inaccurate if you used just Xfire... Also why would you use Xfire when the game is steam enabled?

It is a very good sample if you ask me.
And yes, I play CoD 4 every so often. The last decent CoD game in my opinion.

Look Open up your call of duty 4 and refreash the entire list with filters set to default . Please don't tell me they a couple thousand people can compare to the 60,000 playing Black Ops right now....Cod4 has alot of servers going and big mod support. I still play alot of star wars cod4 mod 64 player maps. Its like playing battlefront done right.jedikevin2What the.. Ive never seen or heard of that. Maybe I should reinstall CoD 4 :D

Unless you add the players in every single server, which I doubt you did, there is no way to get a total number. According to Xfire right now, CoD 4 has over 2,000,000 more minutes played today than BO. There is no way there is that big of a difference if CoD 4 has significantly less players like you are saying.[QUOTE="JangoWuzHere"][QUOTE="SF_KiLLaMaN"] Because Xfire tracks steam games too as to where steam doesn't track non steam games. Not everyone uses xfire mind you, and I think that should be very obvious. Also, did you open you CoD4 MP and look at all the servers? I know that at least a thousand or two are playing CoD4. That does not compare to the to the numbers of black ops...(which is 100,000 at this moment.)And yes, I play CoD 4 every so often. The last decent CoD game in my opinion.

AND Steam has daily 3 000 000 gamers while Xfire 250 000, so its inaccurate to tell facts from a program that has 2 750 000 users less. I have Xfire but rarely use it now since I got all my games on Steam.

I use xfire because it is a good sample of the PC gaming population. Steam only tracks steam games so it is not a good sample of the PC gaming population. Xfire is not inaccurate, it is simple a sample, the best sample we've got.[QUOTE="hole2score"][QUOTE="JangoWuzHere"] How bout we stop using Xfire for facts?
