just curious as to what the majority has, it wont let me make a poll

im using a NZXT M59 Mid Tower Case, good for a set up with 2 HDDs and 1 GPU. reason is because once you start to add card readers. fan controllers more then 2 HDDs the wires starts to get in the way on the panel behind the motherboard. there is hardly any room. its a good case for a gamer who wants a sexy looking case at a good price.
but i really want to get is a full tower case. i want all that room for cable management.
on the side note what are some good full tower cases for the buck?
I haven't had a full-tower since the mid-90's when it was still (somewhat) fashionable to have dual 5.25" 1.2mb floppy drives plus the newfangled cd-rom drives. I used every excuse to fill up the 5.25" bays.
Nowadays, a mid-tower is fine. I have the same X-Cruiser I first bought back in 2005. It's okay but a little flimsy. If I rested one foot on it with my shoes on, I'll probably dent the case. I'm thinking of transferring its innards to an older Antec steel (and beige case) that used to be my wife's old PC. That steel Antec's built like a tank. I can rest both my feet (while wearing boots) on it and there wouldn't be a scratch on it.
I forgot to add that I also had mini-towers (2 x 5.25" and 1-2 x 3.5" bays). But, I find mid-towers the most flexible.
mid tower. Might go with full tower next time I get a new case for better airflow. Some of the bigger GPU's really cut the airflow in a mid tower almost in half depending on where the HDD bays are.
I normally go full tower. But my recent build is a mid. The Corsair 600t, although it's quite large for a mid!
Full Tower - Coolermaster Stacker STC-01 - never have to worry about if a part will fit, and plenty of room for cooling
The simultaneous best/worst mid tower on the market: the Antec P183. Great looks, great thermals, great noise control, reasonable price, but it took me 90 ****ing minutes just to install an SSD.
I don't get the appeal of the full-size tower unless you need the airflow for two monster GPUs and/or need a ton of HDD mounts. Mid towers are pretty spectacular these days (hell, there are mATX cases you can slap two 580s in no problem), so aren't you just spending more for a bigger, heavier case?
