It should.

The x1950xt is basically the same as a x1900xtx, so it will work on that.

The x1950xtx shouldn't need an aftermarket cooler, so you shouldn't think about buying it for that card.

The x1950pro and x1950gt are similar to the x1900gt and it will fit on any of those cards.
