Does anyone still use XP, and if so why do you still use a 9 year old operating system that even with the best card in the world does not work with Direct 10 and 11 unless you do some tweaks?

Windows 7. Less problems than XP oddly enough. Except for my sound card stutters at random times I'm not having audio skips anymore.
I use XP. Came installed with my pc. Has always worked fine for me so I never felt I need to spend money on upgrading. This computer is breaking down though so it doesnt really matter. I need to buy a new one anyway.
Not on my main pc.. Thats got 7. Though I do have a couple of older PCs which I use for older DOS games (Warcraft 1 and Quake don't work on my PC... ) which have Windows 98, 95 and some even older ones with 3.1.1 and 3.1 on them...

I use Win 7 as my primary OS. But, I still use Vista, XP and OSX with various computers at home.
XP for gaming, i installed win 7 in dual boot but had incompatibility problems right from the start, my soundblaster wouldn't work so i have no sound . i guess i'll stick with XP for a while.
