it depends on the game. google for the game specifically. Sometimes they keep it in the steam folder, other times it's located in hidden folders on your computer. I really don't know why games insist on doing that.

They're not hidden. They're clearly visible with the name of the game. It's even easier to find the folders if you use your computer's built in search function. Why do games do this? Simply because people often delete games and often reload them hoping to load up their save game file again. It's really not that hard to understand.Don't think so. I have deleted for example, The Witcher. It still has like a 300KB folder that has the saves inside of it.Blacklight2you sure you are looking at the right folder? my witcher saves folder is 2gb. But on topic, it depends where the saves are located, if they are in the same folder as the game files they might get deleted, but if they are in the documents folder or something they wont get deleted.
