Yet everyone preferred keyboard/mouse, due to being able to HotKey bionic and other abilities. This made melee combat more real-time rather than having to pause so much.
I still don't understand why people ask if they PC games have xbox360 controller compatibility. If you wanna play a game with a controller go get an xbox or PS3

Stuck with WASD and cramp fingers. never had cramped fingers playing an fps on the pc if anything playing killzone 2 on the ps3 for a few hours left my thumbs sore :(.

so a fps on the pc with no gamepad support is sings of a lazy port :lol: When that port comes from the Xbox 360, yes I do believe it is lazy I personally would never use a controller for shooters. but we are meant to encourage versatility as Videodogg says. Since the game was already designed for the controller in one sense, why not let PC gamers choose what to use?

This I don't understand. I have a 360 and if I wanted to play Mass Effect 2 with a controller I would just buy the game for 360!! I mean a 360 now cost less than an average video card. Why on earth would anyone want to play a game like that, on PC, with a controller?!?! I hate shooters with controller and Mass Effect 1 was terrible with a controller!! Use your KB+M for Mass Effect and all other shooters the way it should be! Controllers and consoles (like mine) should just be for sports and racing games only!

All you need to do is take a look at the thread created. The one you just posted in. Somebody is asking about 360 controller support for the PC version. And they are not the only ones asking for such a request I have seen many in other games, including First Person Shooters. Just because you wouldn't want to use a PC with a 360 controller for shooters doesn't mean everybody else doesn't. Just as you say it makes no sense for there to be the OPTION that people can use a controller it makes no sense to me that people keep coming up with the old KB/M is superior, don't use a controller arguments continually.
it sucks big time that there is no gamepad support what so ever. i like my cough a lot i dont likek my desk! yes mouse and keyboard are faster or wahet ever but ja ever tried to somke and play while using a mouse and keyboard at the same time...
