IF you intend to upgrade at all, this is what I would recommend:
New 22" Monitor ( 1680x1050 or 1920x1080 resolution ) - Try Samsung/LG/Acer/Asus.
New Power supply around 650w - Corsair Hx series/Coolermaster Silent Pro/OCZ Z-series.
Also I searched for your MOBO on the internet, and found it only has 1 PCI-Express x16 slot, so crossfire certification isn't a must for your rig. I'm also thinking that it's a PCIE 1.0 x16 interface which is bandwidth limited these days, so I would stay with mid-range graphics cards because the higher-end GPU's will be bottlenecked by the interface.

I want some decent FPS... so playing at 1680*1050 or 1920*1080 will not help me.... and thanks for PSU suggestions, :D btw my board is not that bad it has 2.0 X16 and is pretty good OC supporting board :D and m crossfiring it in dec 2010 and that time m getting a new BOARD and CPU and RAM!!!!!!!!!IF your getting a new MOBO/CPU/RAM, and aren't wanting a new monitor too then I would say don't upgrade, you'll see an improvement in your gaming experience with a new monitor to go with it.
Also too I used to have a Ati HD 3850, upgraded to this monitor I have now, then got a 5850, but whilst using the 3850 it performed fairly well.
So u say i should just buy a good monitor now... and get the CPU, MOBO, RAM and PSU later?????
