This is my first year PC gaming and have been lucky to get some really great deals on games.

Has steam run Black Friday blowouts in the past?

There's a BF sale every year... :|

Or perhaps it was for Thanksgiving. But nevertheless there are sales at around that time every year.

Usually in the second half of December and goes until January.

lol it isnt named the Black Friday sales. They like to seem as though they're oblivious to some pop culture stuff so they dont have to have a sale for EVERY holiday. BUT they do have a Thanksgiving Sale that starts on Thursday - unless of course they start today. It isnt ever as good as the holiday sales but you might get something. I know I didnt last time.

Crap, I won't be near my computer this Black Friday! Can I login through any computer through store.steampowered.com, purchase what I want on Black Friday and then download and install when I'm back at my main computer?

I think they do, but I'm pretty sure you can get way better deals in the summer and winter sales. I have a big list of games I want from Steam this year, and I have a $60 spending limit for myself, so here's hoping.
