I am talking about performance. I downloaded the demo for Crysis and when I picked recommenced settings it put them at high. But I would only get like 10 fps I had to put it at low to get 25 fps. Does the game run like the demo? Here are my specs also.

Blu-ray Disc™ playback
4GB (2GBx2) DDR2-SDRAM-800
ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4650 graphics with 1GB dedicated video RAM
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor P8700 (2.53GHz)
16.4" VAIO extra-wide HD display (1920x1080)
Genuine Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home Premium
500GB SATA Hard Disk Drive (7200rpm)
Here isa link to the requirements

it will probably run better fully patched up

now if you want better performance and better image quality then you could acheive with vannila crysis download this

install lvl 2 or 3 and make sure to run in dx9 by adding -dx9 to the crysis shortcut.

Well you're on a mobility hd4650 with a 1080p display trying to play Crysis. Those don't go so well together.

Patches and tweaking may make things a bit better, but it won't magically make your fps go from 10 to 30. You'll have to lower the res or keep the detail down to make it playable.

The demo performance is very close to the final real performance in the game. I'll suggets you to cut your resolution in this game to 1280 x 960 or so, if you like the graphics at this res and the average fps is near to 30 or better then all will be ok. If not try to cut detail in shadows or post process.
