dose leedtek 8800GTS have a shader model 4?

and i am asking it becausethe site called http://www.systemrequirementslab.com clames that i haven't..

Of course it does, I'm guessing it's because SM 4 is part of DX 10 and DX 10 only works with vista (you seem to have windows XP).
