All I spot in difference is that; All the infantry units look the same only with higher-end poly models and re-rendered textures being blinded by Anti-Strophic Filtering.

The vehicles on the other hand are helluva-lot more sleek.

I was thinking the same. Overall Starcraft 2 looks better (not technically though of course). DoW 2's graphics aren't anything to get excited about really. But Empire : Total War, that's a whole different story.

I don't think Starcraft players are too conserned with graphics =)

DoW2 looks nice, but I never picked up the original DoW because there were too many darned expansions. Maybe I'll pick up this, but Empire Total War is first.

Why would you not get it for that reason? It's not like the base game is any less of a game because of expansions. And besides, the base game and first two expansions bundled together in the Platinum set are only $30.
