Dracula Origin Adventure Game problem

Hi everybody,

There is a bug i guess in the chapter which Van Helsing is at the manor. There is a secret passage to draculas room and you have to make a key which fits in the 4 hole key of the secret door. When i tried to make the key , It says something is missing. There had to be dark brown dowels which had to be cut but there wasn't any at the place they should be. I know that i'm not going to find them in any place from the walkthrough so I started the game again by loading the chapter but couldn't get any solution.

Is there anyone who saw this bug? Can anyone help me ? , Thanks...

It doesn't sound like a bug - you're probably not making the key correctly.

From what I can remember, you have to...uh...sharpen the ends of the sticks (?) and put a handle on the other side of the key.
