Dragon Age 2 Pre-load Suspension...

For some reason, when ever it hits 99%, it just suspends without every going back on again. This happened to me with the demo too, i dont know why.....How do i stop it?

This can happen on occasion, it may be an issue on steams' end, it may be an issue with your software/hardware.
