good luck with that. I am 99% sure that cant be done. If you own dreamcast find out what Bios you have and extract it then put it on your computer then download a freeware emulator. 100% legal that is if you own the system.

You're right it will take more work than OP could do. Last time I checked they had just gotten windows 3 running on the xbox1 and it's still very buggy.

You know when you turn it on without any disc inside and you get that screen where you can choose options and play CDs? IIRC and someone else said it, that that is the "OS" It doesn't really do much, but it's just meant as "driver base" if you will, for the games to run on. This is one of the reasons it was so easy to program DC and also why it was so easy to pirate because it was extremely similar to programming a PC game. That's my basic, fairly uninformed understanding.

not much geek cred I'd hope. The dreamcast is so exploitable that a freaking CD will do the job of installing linux.
Well I cannot put linux on it because I am not running linux on my home computer. I am looking for help on how to get Windows CE on it with some simple instruction.
