Seeing what BioWare did with Dragon Age II, I'm not sure I would want a BG3 from them right now... True.... but did you read the article where the LEAD Designer took onboard the problems and agreed it was rushed? and that also they will not do that with DA3?

Yes, you are right.... but give them a chance since DA:O was really good (mostly). Lots of people are giving the new Hellgate: London a chance....

I haven't played Hellgate, but I really do want to even though I heard it was bad (I enjoy some of these so-called "bad" games).
As for BioWare and BG3, I'm not completely giving them the finger just yet. I just want them to prove to us that they can still pump out classic RPG games without ruining/streamlining previous franchises that once had complex elements.

Still somewhat rubs me the wrong way that you need the GOTY edition of Borderlands to get into the access club, instead of just having borderlands and all the DLC, which seems more faithful to me. Not a problem for me though since I recently got the GOTY edition on sale after owning every dlc for the 360 version, it's still strange though

I own standard Borderlands on Steam [non GotY] and am in First Access club + have the "free DLC" for Duke. Maybe it is because I pre-ordered Borderlands though.
As long as the game is great, the DLC is good and priced reasonably, I wouldn't mind paying extra for it... I don't know if I registered, But I know my GF and I both have the GOTY Borderlands from STeam.
