DVD region question!

I live in the UK and have a UK DVD player and i'm just wondering whether region 0 DVDs play on all region DVD players? Here is the link as you what im curious about :) cheers!

Region 0 basically means no region encode.

That set you linked to is NTSC. That could be a problem.

It depends on your player and display. Can they accept NTSC?

I'm in the US and I own a few PAL DVDs. I have made NTSC copies of the discs so I could watch them using my US DVD player.

Recently I had built a HTPC so I no longer need to do that.
