Dynasty warriors has stopped working

So I had this problem since is downloaded the game it was a cracked game and I had this issue when a reach hei fi castle the game has stopped working and I tried everything to fix it but I couldn't so a bought the game with a CD and I tried it yesterday and also the same problem is happening when a reach hei fi castle the game stopped working my laptop is very good and I play with more powerful game with it and I had no problem ... please if anyone know how to fix it please I need your help
