Very really. And they didn't even get into overclocking.

e6600 by a long shot. at stock it performs similarly, and it is way cheaper at $230, plus it can oc to 3.8 ghz on stock cooling!imrlybord7

You do save a lot getting the E6600 anyways and it overclocks way better, so the choice is clear.
