What frequency should this memory be running at? 667 mhz or 333 mhz.

Why, when I run CPU-Z, does it tell me that it is only running at 333 MHZ, did they give me the wrong product?

Its, DDR2, Double Data Rate....... 333MHz x 2 = ?
